U. S. Ambassador to Malaysia calls for the creation of a global system to combat bird flu

كوالالمبور فى 12 أغسطس/ بنا/ أكد السفير الامريكى لدى ماليزيا /جيمس كيث/ على ضرورة التزام كافة الحكومات فى العالم بالجهود الاكثر فعالية فى مكافحة مرض انفلونزا الطيور . Kuala Lumpur on Aug. 12 / us / The American ambassador to Malaysia / James Keith / the obligation for all governments in the world's most effective efforts in combating bird flu.
وقال فى موءتمر صحفى بمناسبة افتتاح موءتمر انفلونزا الطيور اليوم ان هذه الجهود تقتضى تعاونا فيما بين حكومات العالم ونظاما عالميا منسقا بغية الحيلولة دون انتشار هذا الوباء . He said in a press Congress at the opening of bird flu Congress today that such efforts require cooperation among governments in the world and a global coordinator in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
وأضاف أن الموءتمر الذى يستمر الى ثلاثة أيام يعد جزءا من الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز القدرات على استكشاف ومتابعة الفيروس القاتل . He added that Congress, which lasts for three days is part of efforts to strengthen the capacity to explore and pursue the killer virus.

قائلا // المهم أولا يجب علينا أن ندرس أسباب هذا المرض قبل التعرف على طرق الوقاية منه// . He / / important First we must study the causes of this disease by identifying ways to prevent it / /.
وفى نفس الاطار أفاد رئيس القسم الصحى للقوات العسكرية الماليزية الفريق أول الدكتور سليمان عبد الله والذى افتتح الموءتمر بأن الجهود المتدفقة لمكافحة المرض فى ماليزيا تشمل تعاونا متكاملا من الوكالات الحكومية المختلفة ضمن وزارات الصحة والدفاع والداخلية ورئاسة مجلس الوزراء والمجلس الامنى الوطنى . At the same framework reported health section head of military forces first Malaysian team, Dr Sulaiman Abdullah, who opened the incoming Congress that efforts to combat the disease in Malaysia include an integrated cooperation of various government agencies within ministries of health, defence, interior and the presidency of the Council of Ministers and the National Security Council.
وأضاف بقوله // ان الاستعداد لمواجهة هذا الوباء يجب أن يشمل جميع الاطراف وليس لمجرد القطاع الصحى فحسب// . He added / / The willingness to confront the epidemic must involve all parties and not just for the health sector only / /.
