Coronavirus: 8 new cases identified on the Big Island

According to the last official assessment of the coronavirus in Madagascar, communicated this Friday, May 15, eight people have tested positive. These new cases were all recorded in Toamasina, the second most affected province in the country.
Madagascar has a total of 238 cases of Covid-19
In her daily report on the coronavirus epidemic in Madagascar, spokeswoman for the Covid-19 operational command center reported eight new people with the disease, all located in Toamasina. 4 healings, including a 9 month old baby
Professor Hanta Marie Danielle Vololontiana has also announced 4 cures, bringing the number of patients recovered to 112. The nine-month-old baby, who had been cared for in Toamasina, is one of them, according to the dean of the Faculty of Medicine the University of Antananarivo.
Health authorities note 126 active cases
