Man who tested positive for swine-flu dies

SAN DIEGO ? A 22-year-old man who tested positive for the swine-flu virus has died, the first such death in 2010, county health officials said Tuesday.

The man, who was hospitalized at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista, had underlying medical conditions. He died Sunday.
