Lithuania Coronavirus Covid-19 - 3,243 cases, 86 deaths

1,344 cases; 44 deaths. "t should be noted here that Lithuania has changed its counting method, explaining that the previous number – 1 449 – was the number of positive cases. What is important here is that multiple people have performed multiple tests, which means the real number of infections is lower than previously reported, according to Lithuanian Disease Prevention and Monitoring Centre."
