In the past 72 hours, the town of Karaabidah saw a panic and confusion after the death of an elderly man, and then an elderly woman was exposed to the same symptoms, which necessitated her being placed in intensive care.

The Ministry of Health, in the interest of health security on the one hand and to enhance the state of psychological stability of citizens and to dispel any doubts they have by verifying their correctness, treatment or refutation, since Monday evening on a continuous basis to follow up the file through the judiciary doctor d. Wissam Saadeh, who is holding a meeting this afternoon with the town's activists and the people to put them in the scientific and medical reality of the two cases.

The ministry also sent a central team from the epidemiological surveillance department to Karaabeda where he works on the field and takes samples of water and sent them to the laboratories of the scientific research center in Al-Fanar as well as samples of the dead and sick blood and sent to laboratories outside Lebanon. The team visits the hospital where the patient is treated to see the medical file and the necessary procedure.
