Decree banning the import of animals from the African countries where the disease appeared Ebola

Issued and Agriculture Minister Akram Chehayeb decision to prevent whereby import of live animals from African countries, announced the emergence of disease, Ebola virus, and pointed out that prevents the introduction of the following animals: chimpanzees, gorillas, and fruit bats and monkeys, forest antelope and porcupines, or any animal suspected of being a carrier of the disease, from African countries appeared to show the spread of the Ebola virus disease, into Lebanese territory until further notice.
Wa abolished all inconsistent with the text of the content of this decision and shall immediately upon issuance and will reach where necessary.
