Les informations sont difficiles à obtenir vu l'isolement d'Anjouan situé à 70 Km de la préfecture française de Mayotte mais il y aurait actuellement quelques centaines de cas de Chikungunya à Anjouan , surtout à POMONI.
Information are difficult to get because of the isolation of Anjouan located at 70km of Mayotte, but there would be few hundred cases of Chik at Anjouan, specifically at Pomoni.
Le journal quotidien d'information en ligne " LE CANAL" rapporte que 16 prélévements de sang effectués il y a 15 jours à Anjouan ont été testés POSITIFS dans le laboratoire de l'OMS en Tanzanie.
Le Canal, daily news on-line report that 16 samples have been taken 15 days ago and have been tested positive in the WHO laboratory in Tanzania.
Quelques dizaines de cas avaient été rapporté à Anjouan au cours de l'épidémie début 2005 en Grande Comore, qui a touché environ 20 000 personnes.
Some tens of cases have been reproted at Anjouan since the beginning of the epidemic in the beginning of 2005 in the Great Comores, about 20 000 peoples had been infected.
Après l'expérience réunionnaise, nous pouvons conseiller aux Anjouannais de faire des moustiquaires de fenêtre et de terrasses, de se protéger avec du DEET ( ou diéthyltoluamide) 150ml coûte moins 2$ ( 1000 Francs Comoriens) à Zanzibar et Dubaï.
After the Reunion experience, we are recommending to Anjouan people to make windows and doors moskitoes screen, to protect themselves with DEET or diethyltoluamid 150 ml costing less than 2$ ( 1000 Comorian Francs) in Zanzibar & Dubai.
Les déplacements doivent être limités pendant au moins 15 jours dans un village ou un quartier qui vient d'être touché par la fièvre.
Move must be limited for at least 15 days in a village or a district that has begun to be touch by the fever.
Les malades sont "contagieux" pour les moustiques donc la famille et les voisins durant les 7 premiers jours de la fièvre initiale. Les moustiques vivent 2 à 3 semaines.
Sick people are contagious for the moskitoes thus the family and neighbords for the 7 first days of the initial fever. Mosquitoes lives 2 to 3 weeks.
Cette maladie à la Réunion a déclenché des polyarthrites = douleurs articulaires et diffuses surtout matinale très invalidantes et chroniques avec parfois dépression chez ? 5 à 10 % ? des personnes qui ont fait l'infection.
This disease has triggered polyarthritis = articulary pains and diffuse mainly in the morning, very disabling & chronic with sometime depression for ? 5 to 10% of the people that got infected.
Depuis quelques mois, des cas isolés puis des épidémies de quelques milliers de personnes ont été rapporté en Inde . Quelques cas ont été rapporté en Malaisie.
Since few months, isolated cases and epidemics of some few thousand people have been reported in India. Some cases have been reported in Malysia.
2 cas ont été signalés en Guyanne française, importés de Madagascar et enfin un cas importé de Maurice a été confirmé il y a quelques jours à Hong Kong.
2 cases have been reported in French Guyanna (South America), imported from Madagascar and few days ago an imported case from Maurice island have been reported in Hong Kong.
