According to Department of Animal Health (MARD) since early this year, avian influenza has occurred in 67 communes in 33 districts of 16 provinces and cities with nearly 100,000 birds of all kinds were forced to cull infected. Translated foot-mouth, long nails (LMLM) occurred in 89 communes in 38 districts of 21 provinces and cities as 3244 cattle were infected, 323 children have destroyed. Currently, the seven countries of Dak Nong province, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Tuyen Quang and Phu Tho has not translated LMLM 21 days.

Blue ear pig and cholera occurred in 57 communes in 19 districts of 10 provinces and cities with 5607 infected pigs, including the forced destruction of 4501.
