30/05/2008 اعلن رئيس مجلس الادارة – المدير المعين لجمعية مربي الدواجن التعاونية ياسر الدليمي ان الهيئة العامة لشؤون الزراعة والثروة السمكية خصصت ثلاثة مواقع في مناطق العبدلي بمساحة 1500 متر مربع والوفرة الزراعية بمساحة 32 الف متر مربع وفي كبد 1250 مترا مربعا لاقامة مشاريع عليها، وان بلدية الكويت خصصت بدورها ثلاثة مواقع ايضا للجمعية في مناطق الري، الصليبية والجليعة وذلك لاستثمارها وتقوم الجمعية بانجاز الاجراءات الخاصة باستلامها.​

وزاد ان مجلس الادارة ومن خلال محامي الجمعية تابع القضايا المرفوعة ضد اطراف ذوي صلة سابقة بالجمعية تصل مديونيتهم للجمعية الى 51720 دينارا وذلك لاسترداد تلك المبالغ لمصلحة الجمعية.​

وتابع انه نظرا للظروف التي مرت بها الجمعية من جراء انتشار وباء انفلونزا الطيور بداية السنة المالية 2007 ومدى تخوف المواطنين والمقيمين من الاقبال على شراء الدجاج، حيث قررت بلدية الكويت اغلاق الفروع خلال الفترة من اول مارس 2007 وحتى نهاية يوليو، اي مدة خمسة اشهر، وبالتالي فلا يوجد للجمعية اي مورد مالي خلال هذه الفترة نتيجة توقف نشاط بيع الدجاج الحي في الفروع، على اثر ذلك فقد لحقت بالجمعية خسائر خلال السنة المالية المنتهية في 2007/12/31 قدرها 5800 دينار.​
