I received a video link from a family member today. Although there is not a specific place for this post here at FT, I wanted to share it.
The video shows illustrates the danger of kitchen fires and how to handle them. Most of us probably are aware that you should never throw water on a cooking oil fire. However, it was a good reminder for me and also to educate my children who are just becoming old enough to cook.
Note: flour and sugar can be just as dangerous as water on an oil fire.
