KENT, Ohio --

The Kent School District is dealing with a case of H1N1.

The district activated (edited) - emergency notification system - Monday, saying a second-shift worker at Stanton Middle School is at home recovering from the flu.

The worker is a custodian who has been home for a week and is receiving medical treatment.

The school district is referring parents and students to its Web site for tips on how to prevent the spread of the virus.
