Suspected JE Chaulagala village, Kundurmatta PHC, Chanarayapatna Taluk, Hassan District
Case: 1; Fatality: 0 03/01/2011 05/01/2011 720 Non risk for JE. 1 Blood sample collected on 3-1-2011 and is sent to PHI. RFS is going on. RRT visited on 4-1-2011. Larvivorous fishes are being released in 9 breeding sources. Health education given. Investigation Open No other suspected case of JE. Only 1 fever case reported during RFS
