Kansas Wildlife Officials Testing Birds for Avian Flu

As birds begin their annual migration south, state and federal inspectors will be walking marshes and ponds throughout Kansas to test for avian flu.
Kansas state wildlife biologist Helen Hands is one of many inspectors in the country looking for the virus that causes the flu. She says nothing has been found so far in Kansas.
