Japan to provide Ukraine with experimental drug Favipiravir for treatment of Covid-19, - Ambassador

Japanese Ambassador to Ukraine Takashi Kurai promised that in the near future Ukraine will receive an experimental Japanese drug Favipiravir (Avigan), which can help in the treatment of coronavirus. The ambassador said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

“We are very pleased that the Cabinet of Ministers has finally made an official decision to receive drugs with the common name favipiravir.
