TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Princess Aiko, the daughter of Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako, was diagnosed as suffering from mycoplasmal pneumonia after being hospitalized for fever and coughing, the Imperial Household Agency said Friday.
