Japan to Measure National Happiness by 130 Items

Tokyo, Dec. 5 (Jiji Press)--An experts' panel in the Cabinet Office on Monday compiled a final report proposing some 130 items to gauge the degree of Japanese people's happiness that would be difficult to measure by gross domestic product.
