October 28, 2009, in Tokyo, confirmed the death of a patient with confirmed pandemic influenza I was, and overview of each such case, the Notice as follows.

The patient, 63 year-old woman living in Tokyo.
Heart disease in hospital.

October 23 because of the increased difficulty breathing Monday morning in an ambulance to medical institutions in Tokyo The consultation was hospitalized. Fever of 39.1 ℃ recognized, in Kit-positive type A Furuenza quickly.
Starting dose of Tamiflu.
Night Respiratory condition deteriorated due to progression of heart failure, hypotension appeared Tatame is seated on a ventilator, vasopressor was started. Pandemic flu
October 26 confirmed a genetic test day.
Sun October 27 did not improve heart failure, died in 23:07 minutes.
