Family of man gagged by police officer wins 120 million yen in high court appeal

SENDAI -- The family of a man who went into a coma after a police officer gagged him has been awarded about 120 million yen in an appeal decision by the Sendai High Court on Nov. 8.

.....his death in the tsunami that followed the Great East Japan Earthquake.
