Coronavirus in Italy, 152,271 positive cases and 19,468 deaths
In Italy, since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, at least 152,271 people have contracted the Sars-CoV-2 virus (+4,694 more than yesterday for a growth of 3.2%). Of these, 19,468 (+619 + 3.3%) died and 32,534 (+2,079 + 6.8%) were discharged. Currently the positive subjects of which there is certainty are 100,269 (+1,396, + 1.4%; the count rises to 152,271 - as mentioned above - if in the calculation there are also the dead and the cured, ie counting all the people who have been found positive for the virus since the outbreak). The data were provided by the Civil Protection.
28,144 hospitalized patients with symptoms; 3,381 (-116, -3.3%; a steadily declining figure for seven days) are in intensive care, while 68,744 are in fiduciary home isolation.
