Conclusions: In earthquake injured cases, isolation rate of resistant Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-producing extended spectrum β-lactamase of Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae were higher than before the earthquake common cases. Drug-resistant and pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii isolation rate was higher than cases before the earthquake. The changes of pathogen spectrum and drug resistant pathogen spectrum will provide the basis for the emergency treatment after earthquake.
