International situation 20/08/2013 (a) : 94 cases (46 deaths) since April 2012 in 8 countries / emirates:

Germany: 2 cases (1 death)
Saudi Arabia: 74 cases (39 deaths)
Emirates Arable States: 5 cases
France: 2 cases (1 death)
Italy: 3 cases
Jordan: 2 cases (2 deaths)
UK: 4 cases (3 deaths)
Tunisia: 2 cases (most probable case died)

Situation in France 20/08/2013

Total: 253 records including 7 cases symptomatic contacts of confirmed cases and 57 possible cases (a total of 64 possible cases of which 63 were tested). Of these 63 cases tested:

60 cases were negative
2 confirmed cases (including 1 death)
1 case being analyzed (20 August 2013)

This information is subject to change depending on the occurrence of new cases and investigations continue to be conducted with confirmed cases and their contacts.
