H274Y is now in clade 2B and clade 2C and key changes go well beyond (and before) any MRCADfirst public occurrance of H275Y in current H1N1:
A/Paris/1341/2007(H1N1) from 2007/11/12
no sequences with H275Y from Asia, Summer/Autumn 2007 ?
also Hawaii/28/07 , but not the same NA as in Europe (MRCAD early 2007?)
the most recent common ancestor of all the resistant H1N1
viruses last season (except those with 827T in NA ==> the majority of 123)
seems to be from autumn 2007, Europe and USA in 2007
but what/where was the earliest occurrence ?
