[h=3]Abstract[/h] In this community-based cohort study of 275 primarily low-income, urban households in New York City, overall 2013-14 influenza vaccine effectiveness (VE) was 62.5% (95% CI 21.7 to 82.0). VE point estimates were highest against 2009 H1N1 and for those vaccinated in 2013-14 but not also vaccinated in 2012-13.
