Influenza Aviaria in Veneto, altri focolai (IZSVE/Voce di Rovigo, 9 ottobre 2012)

La Rassegna Stampa pubblicata dall'Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVE) riporta un articolo nel quale si aggiorna su focolai addizionali di influenza aviaria nel pollame scoperti in provincia di Treviso.

L'IZSVE avrebbe quindi isolato i virus coinvolti nell'epidemia, ovvero un ceppo H5 e un ceppo H7, che - secondo l'articolo - sono presenti sin da maggio nell'area della regione Veneto.

Le piu' recenti epidemie sono avvenute all'interno di allevamenti di uccelli 'ornamentali'.
