Il Comune di Modigliana, lo ricordiamo, ? uno dei tanti della provincia di Forl?-Cesena che rientra nelle zone di ?sorveglianza? decise dalla Regione a seguito dell?emergenza aviaria scoppiata a met? agosto nel territorio di Imola e di Ferrara. Il 21 novembre, durante uno dei controlli di routine imposti dall?Ausl, la stessa partita di animali destinata al macello - incluso quello colpito dall?influenza -, era risultata negativa. Ma a distanza di nove giorni, cio? il 30 settembre, gli esami di laboratorio hanno invece individuato la presenza del virus sottotipo H7N7 noto come influenza aviaria. Si tratta, va subito precisato, di un virus a bassa patogenit?.
