If you didn't get your flu shot this year, you might want to reconsider, say local health officials.

The state's latest weekly infection control report indicates the 2009 H1N1 has become the "most prominent influenza virus circulating" in the state and has led to an increase in flu cases and hospitalizations in the Fox Valley and across Wisconsin.
