Infections: Now the influenza wave has also reached Berlin

In his topical weekly report the responsible Robert cook's institute (RKI) warns: ' The Influenza activity in Germany is clearly raised, and the number of hardly running illness cases rises. '

In the region the RKI which supports his data on announcements of paediatricians and family doctors during the third calendar week counted another 136 acute breath way illnesses, in the next week (from the 19.01 to the 25.01.) it already registered 159 cases.

With look at the development from third by the fourth calendar week above all children have increased with breath way illnesses to which also colds count to fight: ' The highest increase is to be registered in the age group of 5-to 14 year-old (46 percent) ', one says in the weekly report of the RKI.
