Four residents Makassar was expected by Bird Flu

Liputan6.com, Makassar: Seragan the plague of bird flu again emerged in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar hospital received four patients who it was suspected contracted the virus avian influenza for the length of Thursday (1/3) .

The four patients were Tini (18 years) the resident Camba Jawayya, the Panakukang Subdistrict. Three pasian other was one family from the Village Bangkala the Je`ne Village, Madinggin, the Gowa Regency namely Ati Daeng Rannu (36 years), Sanre (36 years) and Muhamad Agus (2 years).Gowa was the endemic area of bird flu.

The patients experienced the sign similar to bird flu after direct contact with hundreds of their kept poultries that died suddenly. Up to now these patients are treated in isolation space and the condition they were stable. However results of the sample inspection of his blood were not yet known.

Liputan6.com, Majene: Bird Flu again haunted the resident Majene, Sulawesi West.

The week set, the resident was startled with hundreds of kept chickens in the Banggae Subdistrict that died suddenly.

Currently, two local residents were forced to be treated in the Majene Hospital because of suffering the clinical sign similar to bird flu: the hot body high, breathless, was accompanied by the cough.

The two Majene residents currently in the intensive maintenance of the team of the doctor.
To confirm, the sample of casualties's blood will be checked in Makassar.

The local government will also destroy the kept poultry in a radius of three kilometre from casualties's residence to prevent the bird flu outbreak if both of them were proven was infected by bird flu.
