Menurut dr Dedet, pasien masuk ke ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat pukul 10.30, diantar kedua orangtuanya. Setelah diperiksa kesehatan dan berdasarkan informasi dari orangtua pasien yang mengatakan bahwa di rumahnya terdapat ayam yang mati, maka warga Jalan Karya Bhakti II ini langsung dirawat di ruang isolasi.”Pasien merupakan rujukan dari Puskesmas Purnama. Saat datang kondisinya baik. Hanya badannya panas, mengalami batuk dan pilek. Karena kondisi lingkungannya terdapat ayam mati, maka kita koordinasikan kepada tim dokter penanganan flu burung.
