Hundreds of Chickens Affected by Avian Influenza in Rejang Lebong

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, REJANG LEBONG - Animal Health Center officer Curup, Rejang Lebong regency, Bengkulu province said the number of poultry that died due to bird flu indication indicated in the area reached hundreds of tails.
"The number of dead chickens in the location of laying hens in Lubuk Belimbing I Village, Sindang Beliti Ilir Sub-district is currently more than 600 heads," said Head of Puskeswan Curup, Firi Asdianto at Rejang Lebong on Sunday (8/4).
Chickens indicated bird flu is indicated in the District Sindang Beliti Ilir (SBI) and not within the District of Padang Ulak Tanding as he previously delivered. The case of chicken livestock death after we check with rapid test positive bird flu, but for certainty is still waiting for the results of the examination of samples sent to the laboratory of animal health in Bengkulu.
