DUA WARGA SIAK MENGALAMI GEJALA MIRIP FLU BURUNG

Dua warga Kabupaten Siak dilarikan ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Ahmad, Pekanbaru, Riau. Keduanya mengalami gejala mirip flu burung. Kedua pasien bernama Asinar dan Ermiza. Keduanya, mendapatkan perawatan standard pasien flu burung. Mereka diperiksa darah dan cairan parunya.

Menurut suami Asinar, Sayudi, istrinya menderita demam tinggi setelah makan ayam dalam acara hajatan di rumah tetangganya. Kondisi serupa juga dialami oleh tetangga Sayudi, Ermiza yang berusia sembilan tahun.

Kasus ayam mati mendadak juga ditemukan di sekitar rumah Asinar dan Ermiza di Kecamatan Koto Gasib, Kabupaten Siak. Berdasarkan laporan Dinas Tenaga Kesehatan Riau, selama 2007 telah ditemukan enam kasus positif flu burung pada manusia di provinsi tersebut. Lima orang di antaranya meninggal dunia.(BEY)

PEKANBARU - Enam warga di Riau terdeteksi supect flu burung, Masing-masing dua warga Kabupaten Siak, berinisial LU (4,5) dan As(35) dan empat warga Rokan Hilir. Untuk memastikan apakah pasien positif flu burung atau sebaliknya, Dinas Kesehatan (Diskes) Provinsi Riau mengirim sampel darah korban ke Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan (Balitbangkes) Departemen Kesehatan RI, di Jakarta.


Dua pasien suspect asal Siak yang kini dirawat di RS Arifin Achmad ini, kata Kepala Sub Dinas Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Gizi Dinas Kesehatan (Diskes) Provinsi Riau, drg Burhanuddin Agung MM, Ahad (13/4), didapati melakukan kontak positif dengan unggas yang mati mendadak. Yakni di kediaman mereka di RT02/RW 02 Desa Rantaupanjang, Kecamatan Kota Gasip, Kabupaten Siak.

??Tadi kami sudah menerima laporan dari bagian Isolasi Flu Burung di RSUD Arifin Achmad, soal adanya dua orang pasien suspect flu burung,?? sebut Burhanuddin. Kepada pasien telah diberikan obat untuk pencegah tertularnya flu burung yakni tablet tamiflu.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan labor terhadap sampel darah korban LU, leukositnya mencapai 4.800, dan demam selama 1 hari dengan suhu panas tubuh mencapai 38,5 derajat celsius. Sedangkan As, sudah mengalami demam sejak tiga hari lalu dengan suhu panas tubuh mencapai 38 derajat celsius.

As juga dilaporkan mengalami batuk, sakit bagian tenggorokan, dan hasil pemeriksaan labor Leukosit darah mencapai 6.800. Menindaklanjuti laporan ini, Burhanuddin menyebutkan pihaknya sebagaimana biasanya sudah mengirimkan sampel darah kedua korban ini ke Balai Pengembangan dan Penelitian Kesehatan (Balitbangkes) Departemen Kesehatan RI untuk diperiksa sampel darah korban di laboratorium Balibtangkes tersebut. ??Kita sudah mengirimkan sampel darah korban untuk diperiksa di laboratorium Balitbangkes. Hasilnya akan diketahui dalam beberapa hari ke depan,?? ujar Burhanuddin.

Empat warga Kepenghuluan Balamsempurna, Kecamatan Bagansinembah suspect flu burung setelah insiden kematian unggas pertama sekali 6 April berturut-turut hingga 9 April silam. Keempatnya berinisial F (32), E (15), M (11), yang satu belum diketahui kepastiannya, saat ini masih dilakukan observasi, semua baru sebatas suspect dan masih dalam proses observasi oleh petugas kesehatan dari Puskesmas Balaijaya dan Baganbatu.

"Ketika banyak ayam yang mati, warga berinisiatif untuk mengontak tim medis. Dari beberapa kesaksian diperkuat bukti tentang kematian unggas. Padang, Padek-- Kondisi Afifah (2) yang dinyatakan negatif flu burung warga Palimbatan Palupuh Kabupaten Agam kian membaik. Biarpun masih terbaring lemah di ruangan Isolasi Irna C penyakit dalam RSUP M Djamil Padang, namun memperlihatkan perkembangan yang menggembirakan. Saat ini selang infus yang melilit dipergelangan tangannya telah dilepas dan ia pun sudah dapat mimun obat melalui mulut. Hanya sedikit batuk dan pilek.

”Kondisi Afifah secara umum mulai mengalami kemajuan, hanya saja saat ini ia memang masih menderita batuk dan pilek, serta jumlah leukositnya masih belum stabil. Kita masih terus mengupayakan kesembuhannya, sehingga dapat kembali kuat seperti Alifah, apalagi hasil PCR-nya dinyatakan negatif,” ujar Kepala Bidang Layanan Medik RSUP M Djamil Irayanti, kepada Padang Ekspres, akhir pekan lalu. Saat ini menurut Irayanti, berdasarkan data rekam medik, suhu badan Afifah kembali normal menjadi 37 derajat celsius, suhu badan yang seperti ini berarti sudah normal. Sedangkan jumlah leukositnya memang masih di bawah standar yang seharusnya, berkisar 4.000-5.000 leukosit.

Sedangkan bocah cilik ini jumlah leukositnya baru 2.900 leukosit. Tingkat kadar leukosit (sel darah putih, red) yang tinggi menandakan kadar sel daerah putih lebih tinggi dan sebaliknya.

Namun menurut Ira, data rekam medik tersebut cukup menunjukan perkembangan yang menggembirakan. Hanya saja untuk pulih seperti semula tentunya cukup membutuhkan waktu, apalagi anak seusia Alifah sistem imum tubuhnya belum seperti orang dewasa sehingga begitu terserang penyakit, langsung menjadi lemah. Kondisi inilah yang menyebabkan berat badannya juga belum kembali normal. Sebaliknya Alifah, pasien positif flu burung jumlah leukositnya sudah normal, begitu juga dengan suhu tubuhnya sama dengan

Afifah sekitar 37 derajat celsius dan berat badannya berangsur naik satu kilogram. Meskipun demikian saat ini ia masih mengalami batuk dan pilek ringan. ”Saat ini kita masih menunggu hasil tes PCR yang kedua dan ketiga, baik itu Alifah dan Afifah. Berdasarkan kondisi Alifah saat ini, ada kemungkinan ia sembuh, namun kita tidak dapat memastikan sebelum hasil PCR tersebut keluar,” ujarnya. (ni)

Lima Lainnya Sekedar Antisipasi Terjangkit Virus Flu Burung

Saat ini enam warga Riau dicurigai terjangkit virus flu burung. Sebenarnya hanya seorang yang secara klinik suspect, sisanya lebih bersifat pencegahan.

Riauterkini-PEKANBARU- Dinas Kesehatan Riau mengumumkan adanya enam warga di dua kabupaten yang ditenggarai terjangkit virus HM5N (afian enfluenza) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan flu burung. Jumlahnya yang cukup banyak tersebut terjadi karena adanya perubahan standar dalam penetapan status suspect flu burung. Padahal, jika standarnya tidak berubah, dari enam orang tersebut hanya seorang yang secara klinik dicurigai menerita flu burung.

"Kalau secara klinik hanya satu yang sebenarnya suspect flu burung, sedangkan lima lainnya dinyatakan suspect sebagai langkah antisipasi dini," ujar Kasubdin Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Gizi Dinas Kesehatan Riau Burhanuddin Agung kepada riauterkini di Pekanbaru, Senin (14/4).

Dijelaskan Burhanuddin, saat ini tengah dilakukan uji coba di tiga provinsi, yakni Jawa Barat, Banten dan Riau untuk penerapan tindakan eleminasi virus flu burung. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan nantinya bisa menekan angka kematian korban virus flu burung.

Dalam uji coba ini, ada sejumlah standar baru dalam penetapan status suspect flu burung. "Jika dulu untuk menetapkan status suspect harus dilakukan sejumlah tes, sekarang jika ada pasien yang panas badanya mencapai 38 derajat celcius dan selama sepakan ada riwayat kontak dengan unggas mati, maka langsung dinyatakan suspect flu burung," paparnya.

Setelah dinyatakan suspect flu burung, yang bersangkutan langsung harus diberi tamiflu. Selanjutnya kepada Puskemas terdekat untuk melakukan observasi selama 14 hari. Jika dalam masa observasi demam pasien tak berkurang, bahkan meningkat dengan sesak nafas, maka langsung harus dirujuk ke rumah sakit rujukan untuk mendapat perawatan lebih intensif," paparnya.

Karena itu, lanjut Burhanuddin dari enam warga yang dinyatakan suspect hanya dua yang dibawa ke RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru, sebagai rumah sakit rujukan flu burung, bahkan kemudian hanya AS (35), warga Buatan, Kabupaten Siak yang dirawat di ruang isolasi. Sedangkan seorang balia berinisla LU (4,5) juga asal Siak tidak dirawat di ruang isolasi karena ada kecenderungan yang bersangkutan mengalami kelainan paru.

Sedangkan untuk empat warga Rohul sama sekali tidak dibawa ke RSUD Arifin Achmad. Cukup diberi tamiflu dan selanjutnya menjalani masa observasi selama 14 hari oleh Puskesmas terdekat.

Meskipun secara klinik hanya satu yang resmi suspect, namun darah dua warga Kabupaten Siak dan empat warga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu tetap dikirim ke Pusat Laboratorium Departemen Kesehatan di Jakarta. "Mungkin besok hasilnya sudah diketahui," ujar Burhanuddin.***(mad)

Kondisi badannya mengalami panas yang tinggi," kata Azisman Saad, Ketua Tim Penanggulangan Flu Burung RSUD Arifin Ahmad, di Pekanbaru, Minggu (13/4).Menurut Azisman, pasien suspect flu burung itu sempat mendapat perawatan di ruang rawat darurat sebelum akhirnya dipindahkan ke ruang isolasi khusus pasien flu burung pada Minggu siang.

Kondisi suhu LZ sempat tercatat mencapai 36 derajat celcius dengan leukosit dan trombosit darah yang juga terus menurun.Kendati demikian, ia belum bisa memastikan LZ benar-benar positif terjangkit flu burung sebelum ada pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.

Tim dokter RSUD Arifin Achmad, telah mengambil sampel darah dan lendir suspect flu burung. Sampel tersebut akan diteliti di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan (Balitbangkes) Departemen Kesehatan di Jakarta. "Sampelnya segera dikirim dan hasilnya kemungkinan bisa diketahui sekitar tiga hari lagi," katanya. ant
