MEDAN, Tribun - Head of Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health drh Tetty Sumut Erlina Lubis said the deaths of hundreds of birds in the village of Kesatuan, Perbaungan, Serdangbedagai and Banyan Village, District Beringin, Deliserdang, not due to bird flu or H5N1 virus.

Tetty admitted that he had received reports from drh Nurdin, Coordinator of Local Disease Control Center / LDCC Sumatra (special container to monitor bird flu). The cause of death of hundreds of chickens in the two areas that are virus New Castle Disease (NCD).
