Death due to lack of oxygen
Publish Date: Mon, 21 Aug 2017 01:34 AM (IST) | Updated Date: Mon, 21 Aug 2017 01:34 AM (IST)

Meerut: Like Gorakhpur Medical College, there is no reason to lose the lives of patients even in Meerut Medical, lack of oxygen? This question can arise in the mind of anyone. In the last few days, the death of four patients in Medical College Swine Flu Ward is being reported as the closure of the oxygen supply. The family members alleged that the alarm did not bother when the oxygen cylinder was finished and the patient was suffocated. If the staff believes that there has been an accident with many patients even before there is no audio visual alarm. Here, the mixture of moss of frozen layer of humusifier in the oxygen pipe, the filtering equipment polluted.

Anesthesia experts agree that patients kept on artificial respiration should be monitored for 24 hours. The reading of the pulse and BP continues on the monitor, while the alarm begins to sound even in the respective ward a few minutes before the end of the oxygen. If the oxygen supply is not available at the time, the patient can die in three minutes. Four patients died in medical college swine flu ward last day Three of these were on the ventilator. The family had alleged that the information about the end of the oxygen was given to the medical staff but no one paid attention.

Many times the relatives are taken out of the patients ward, in such a way there is no one for the patient's assessment of the patient kept on the prosthetic breath. All the accidents have happened during this period too. The team of 'Dainik Jagran' examined the arrangement of oxygen supply in medical. In the oxygen pipe, there was a mixture of pollutants filtering in the humidifier. This device also absorbs small particles that reach the breath with oxygen. Balances the oxygen flow too.
Oxygen Disease Reduced to 88 Percent in Blood

In patients' blood the oxygen level is less than 88%, the intense pneumonia, the lack of blood, trauma and the lungs have to be given the ventilator. Many times the oxygen reaches the body, but carbon dioxide can not get out. The pH value of the blood goes down due to the fall of the patient. The COOTU is released along with increasing the level of oxygen in the blood.
