Note:

1. 1. On 13th October 2009, 42604 passengers have been screened at 22 Airports with 83 counters manned by 225 doctors and 172 paramedics. Total passengers screened till date is 7140680.

2. 2. Till date, samples from 65803 persons have been tested for Influenza A H1N1 in Government Laboratories and a few private Laboratories across the country and 12334 (18.74%) of them have been found positive.

3. 3. Of the 147 cases reported during the day, 4 cases have foreign travel history and the rest are indigenous cases.

4. 4. One death has been reported during the day from Maharashtra. Laboratory confirmation of 2 deaths from Maharashtra has been received and is reflected in the cumulative total.

Total fatalities 399.

1. On 14th October 2009, 47887 passengers have been screened at 22 Airports with 83 counters manned by 225 doctors and 172 paramedics. Total passengers screened till date is 7188567.

2. Till date, samples from 66388 persons have been tested for Influenza A H1N1 in Government Laboratories and a few private Laboratories across the country and 12486 (18.8%) of them have been found positive.

3. Of the 152 cases reported during the day, 6 cases have foreign travel history and the rest are indigenous cases.

4. Three deaths (1 Maharashtra, 2 Gujarat) have been reported during the day. Laboratory confirmation of 2 deaths from Maharashtra and 1 death from Kerala has been received and is reflected in the cumulative total.

3. 3. Of the 43 cases reported during the day, 2 cases have foreign travel history and the rest are indigenous cases.

4. 4. Four deaths from Maharashtra (3-Pune and 1-Aurangabad) and one death from Kerala (Allapuzha) have been reported during the day.

5. 5. Lab. Reports from NCDC, Delhi and NIMHANS, Bangalore only have been received. Reports from other labs not received for the day.

4. Laboratory confirmation of One death from Maharashtra (Nashik), Two deaths from Andhra Pradesh (Vishakhapatnam) and One death each from Gujarat (Surat) and U.P.(Noida) have been received are reflected in the cumulative total.
