In the last three days increased consultations and acute respiratory infections (ARI) in the Municipal Hospital for Children and the brigades that swept the colonies in the capital.
Guerrero Arturo Sosa, director of Municipal Public Health, gave a report of 222 children treated in the past three days, with that figure remains in the hospital occupancy rate of 40 percent in floor, even with capacity to address issues that may arise from weather contingency.
Public Health Directorate's activity intensified medical teams and visited the colony on September 12, Enlargement PRI, Gaviotas and Lane 2000.
In these settlements were covered 362 consultations, 68 percent of them were due to ARI, was provided with free medicine throughout the colonies.
PREVENTION

The doctor again advised to bundle up properly dry clothes (hat, glove, scarf and socks), avoid sudden temperature changes, not smoking and eating fruits and vegetables.
