The Illinois Department of Public Health said Tuesday that the same individual with measles may have exposed people at a church in Collinsville.

An IDPH spokesperson confirmed to St. Louis Public Radio that the person with measles who flew into Lambert Airport lives in the Metro East.

Officials are working to identify all the places where that individual may have visited while infectious. One location has been identified so far: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Collinsville. Health officials said people attending services there between 8 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Feb. 8 were potentially exposed.​..

DEKALB, Ill. (WTVO) — DeKalb County health officials confirmed a case of measles has been identified, and traced possible exposure points to local stores.

On Thursday, the DeKalb County Health Department said the case was confirmed through lab testing, and staff are contacting individuals who may have been exposed.​..

...Authorities said the public may have been exposed to measles at the following locations:

03/02/26: Walmart (2300 Sycamore Rd., DeKalb, IL.) from 2:30 pm – 4:45pm
03/09/26: Post Office (600 E. Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb, IL.) from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm..

Possible measles exposure at O’Hare, in suburbs, Cook County officials warn

The Cook County Department of Public Health is warning of possible measles exposures for those who traveled through O’Hare International Airport’s Terminal 5 or visited two suburban stores last week.

The department said in a news release this week that an individual contagious with measles had visited Terminal 5 last week as well as a Marshalls and a Fresh Farms grocery store in Niles. The person then visited Endeavor Health Immediate Care Center in Mount Prospect on March 27.

Those who visited Terminal 5 on March 24 between 10:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. may have been exposed, officials said. Potential exposures in Niles occurred on the evening of March 26.​..

The Chicago Department of Public Health issued a warning Tuesday about a possible measles exposure at O'Hare International Airport.

The CDPH said an international traveler confirmed to have measles arrived at the airport on the morning of Wednesday, June 17.

The department said anyone in Terminal 5 between 5:50 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. that day may have been exposed.​..
