The epidemic is rampant nationwide, with the exception of northern Hungary. Re: Hungary big increase in seasonal influenza

A 16 month boy died 24 hours after hospitalized in Croatia (near Hungary).

Reasons: suspected flu induced heart arest (after convulsions) when hospitalized.
The boy had not have heart anomalies, or defects, previously.

At the hospital, seasonal flu virus type AH1N1 was diagnosed by throat swab.
___

An AH1N1 more agressive version of a seasonal AH1N1 flu strain?
Or that's version is covered by a 07 North seasonal flu vaccine?
