The center said the resumption has been made in view of the control measures taken by British authorities and no further avian flu cases have been reported.
Import applications were suspended in June after avian influenza H7 cases were reported at Oxfordshire poultry farms.
Restrictions remain for Suffolk, Norfolk, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire counties and the center is monitoring the situation.
