Hong Kong - Avian Influenza Report Week 2, 2015 - No longer the platinum standard for mainland China flu reporting?

For some reason the Center for Health Protection in Hong Kong is not reporting any provincial confirmations of H7N9 infections other than in Guangdong province in their latest avian influenza update. The announcements that they are missing are:

China - 6 H7N9 cases reported by Fujian province for December 2014

China - Jiangsu announces 4 new H7N9 cases with 0 deaths for December 2014

Also, these announcements are missing from the media section on their website.

Please our full list for the 30 total cases that the Hong Kong Center for Health Protection does not include in their routine reporting. Today they report a total of 462 cases from the Mainland in their notice of 2 more H7N9 cases in Guangdong province:
