Cluster of respiratory symptoms cases in Tai Po Hospital
Hong Kong (HKSAR) - The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:
The spokesperson of Tai Po Hospital (TPH) made the following announcement today (April 5):
Four patients (aged 39 to 80) and two staff members in the female adult psychiatric ward have presented with fever and upper respiratory symptoms since March 28. Appropriate viral tests were arranged and they returned negative results for Influenza A and B and Respiratory Syncytial Virus. The patients are being treated under isolation and the staff members are on sick leave.
They are all in stable condition...
