Not surprising considering the current situation in neighboring Egypt:

Egypt - 41 bird flu H5N1 poultry outbreaks so far in 2014 March 11, 2014

Egypt - Ministry of Agriculture declares state of emergency due to H5N1 bird flu poultry outbreaks in many provinces - doubled since January February 28. 2014
