Pattan, May 16: Panic has gripped several villages in the outskirts of Pattan town in north Kashmir?s Baramulla district after at least 150 people were taken ill with the outbreak of Hepatitis-E due to use of contaminated water.
According to local residents of Hanjiweera Bala, Hanjeewera Payeen and Matipora and other adjacent villages, large chunk of population has been suffering from diarrhea, vomiting, fever and other waterborne related diseases from last week...
