March 28, 2013 - Heartland Gourmet, LLC of Lincoln, NE is voluntarily recalling the following items because they may contain undeclared Milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix: Item # 2024 UPC Code 737697020249 15.4 oz. Lot #0073007. Best buy date of 09/2014 and distributed in January of 2013.
The Gluten Free Mixes were distributed in Minnesota, Texas, Indiana, Connecticut, North Carolina, California and Colorado through retail and fundraising. No illnesses have been reported to date.
The recall was initiated after routine sample testing conducted by Canada showed products with "Dairy Free" labels tested positive for milk. Follow up testing conducted by the firm confirmed these products tested positive for milk. . Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company's production and packaging processes.
