Health Ontario is causing sickness with privacy policy

If you call your school and ask wether there is H1N1 flu reported at your school, they will tell you that they cannot divulge this information due to the School Privacy Policy.
If your child has Leukemia and is extremely vulnerable to anykind of infection you will expose your child to posible death because of this INSANE false privacy claim to secrecy.
Under the Health Act of Ontario you may not give out Person Health Information to the public. If there is H1N1 or any other types of illness going around your school this is not a matter of PRIVACY if you do not give out the names or addresses of the individuals who call in sick.
It is criminal for the School Board to cry Privacy/Wolf when it comes to informing the parents of students who attend any school in Ontario.
This is not an hypotetical scenario... it has happened this week and the child nearly died because of the illegal privacy stance taken by the Ontario Education Ministry.
We, the people of Ontario must demand that this INSANITY of hiding behind privacy and secrecy policies must stop or be made punishable by jail time for our public leaders who promote such attitudes.
