Haiti - NOTICE : Malicious individuals launching false rumors on Ebola After several rumors denied around the supposed presence of Ebola virus in Haiti, rumor whose origin is the lack of information about the disease, the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) provides once again a categorical denial, this time to intentionally malicious alarming rumors, which seem to seek to cause some panic among the population to ulterior purposes.

Denial of MSPP :
"The Ministry of Public Health and Population provides a formal denial to the information carried on various social networks, by malicious individuals, making believe to the presence of an Ebola cases in Haiti more precisely in Petite Rivi?re de l'Artibonite.

It asks the latter to support preferably the depoliticization efforts of the health system in Haiti, essential principle to the recovery of climate of confidence in the response to provide to any individual requiring care and services for the prevention, maintaining or restoration of their health in case of illness.
