H1N1 Death in Williamson County

WSIL -- A Williamson County resident has died from complications related to the H1N1 flu.

Health officials say the individual had underlying medical conditions, but they are not releasing any other information including that individual's gender or age.

Administrators with Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department say this is the first death in the department's jurisdiction.

Bi-County Health is advising anyone who has flu-like symptoms, especially those with underlying health conditions, to contact a health care professional about treatment.

Anyone experiencing the following severe symptoms should seek immediate medical care:

? Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
? Sudden dizziness
? Confusion
? Severe or persistent vomiting
