As for the Guizhou province's cases, following paragraph in Chinanews will be a hint to detect the death (they are handling cases diagnosed in 2017 here and no handling a case diagnosed on Dec. 25, 2016):

Up to Feb. 18, Guizhou province has reported 4 H7N9 cases in 2017. Among these 4 cases, a 79-year-old male who was diagnosed on Jan.14 at Qiannandong has already discharged on Feb. 8, 2017. The reporter, from Qiannan HFPC, had get the district has 2 H7N9 cases has died.
