Ministry of Health adds 393 accumulated cases of monkey smallpox

The National Health Laboratory, in coordination with the laboratories of the Comprehensive Care Units of the Roosevelt, San Juan de Dios hospitals, after this work, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance MSPAS confirms 393 accumulated cases of monkeypox, of which 378 patients have recovered.
The Ministry of Health registers 534 people screened and 5 cases remain probable. Among the confirmed cases to date, 389 men and 4 women are reported; 133 suspected cases have been ruled out.
Professionals monitor the evolution of confirmed patients and alternately the epidemiological investigation has begun in this regard.
