Guam - Up to 60 inmates, detainees and employees at the Department of Corrections have reacted positively to a skin test for tuberculosis. Seventeen inmates at the Department of Corrections have tested positive for tuberculosis. That's in addition to the 60 people -- inmates and guards -- who tested positive in April, said Jeff Limo, special assistant to the DOC director.
