Four children hospitalized at the Karamandanio Children's Hospital of Patras with the H1N1 flu virus have been quarantined. The fact was confirmed by the governor of the nursing institution, Vasiliki Georgiopoulou. Influenza outbreaks have not completely eroded, with deaths from complications all over the country being tens, according to experts from HCDCP. As reported by patrastimes.gr , this particular event is particularly worrying about the parents of the minors who are hospitalized in the Patras hospital.
The issue is that deaths from complications of influenza have been increased mainly in those who had but not been vaccinated. It is remarkable that of those who died, only 22% were vaccinated.
